Miguel Angel Alarcón Molina trained as an engineer, but his approach is shaped by his professional experience in a multitude of disciplines: machine-tool designer, head of a production line, singer and guitarist with a rock group, followed by freelance work for an advertising agency in Madrid. He now works in Switzerland as a communications officer for research projects concerned with new technologies, and as a custom web, graphic and video designer.
A film and music lover, he takes part in LUFF (Lausanne Underground Film and Music Festival), for which he produces videos each year.
Created by Miguel Angel Alarcón Molina and Caroline Fournier, the Ciné-Club Croy is an initiative prompted by the desire to share their cinematic culture as well as their creative vision of showing work. In ARC, this project based in Croy close to Romainmôtier, has found the ideal space to create synergies between the projects of the artists in residence and the presentation of films related to its creations and ideas. CCC’s goal is to transmit cinematic heritage in the Nozon valley by all possible means.
